Participants will gain an initial understanding of why their organization needs to more consciously understand and manage its risks - inherent risks arising from its corporate mandates, internal risks, and external environmental risks. Participants will then practice several "hands-on" systematic risk assessments using a Risk Scorecard ® Toolkit which reinforces a general purpose Risk Management process applicable to most public sector decision situations.
