Court has been directly associated with contract management,
as a project director for large Federal Government programs,
and as a consultant and instructor, for over 20 years.
Court provides training on the best practices of business and management processes associated with
all of the phases of procurement management. This includes contract management planning and implementation, preparing requests for proposals, preparing well-written proposals in response to an RFP, and negotiating effectively (e.g. contracts).
Court was one of the principal designers of the British Columbia government's Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP). He is currently a senior instructor of four courses for this program.
Court has acquired 30 years experience in all facets
of leadership, both as an officer in the Canadian Forces,
and as a professional development consultant in the
private sector. As a senior officer, he held various
and challenging leadership positions in both Canada
and abroad.
