Court has been directly associated with contract management,
as a project director for large Federal Government programs,
and as a consultant and instructor, for over 20 years.
Court provides training
and consultation on the best practices of business and management processes associated with
all of the phases of procurement management. This includes understanding the contract management framework, preparing well-written Requests for Proposals as well as the proposal response to an RFP, contract negotiations and monitoring and evaluating contract and project performance.
Court has acquired 30 years experience in all facets
of leadership, both as an officer in the Canadian Forces,
and as a professional development consultant in the
private sector. As a senior officer, he held various
and challenging leadership positions in both Canada
and abroad.
