Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute. If you cancel your registration more than 15 business days before the seminar, your registration fee will be refunded. We regret that refunds cannot be given after this time. If you give less than 15 business days notice, you may reschedule to another date (within one year) or send a substitute delegate. A rescheduling fee of $200 will be charged to cover direct costs incurred due to cancellation. We reserve the right to change course dates and locations.
